Include Me Out Easy Winner In 2013 Debut

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (June 16, 2013)—Include Me Out was successful in her return to the races, winning the $77,070 Desert Stormer Handicap Sunday at Betfair Hollywood Park.

Making her first start since finishing third in the Breeders’ Cup Ladies’ Classic last Nov. 2 at Santa Anita, the 5-year-old daughter of Include and the Mazel Trick mare Don’t Trick Me was well positioned in the clear while close to the pace set by Shumoos, moved up three wide to engage for the lead at the head of the stretch and went on to victory without feeling jockey Joe Talamo’s whip

Stauffer Brought Stability To Hollywood Announcing Job

In the revolving door that was the track announcer’s job at Betfair Hollywood Park, Vic Stauffer entered the building in 2001 and slammed the door behind him.

When the iconic Harry Henson retired in 1982 after calling races at the Inglewood track since 1959, numerous track announcers went behind the microphone until Stauffer settled in the big chair.

Paynter A Popular Winner In BHP Return; Bejarano Regains Lead With Five Victories

Sidelined due to several serious health issues – including laminitis and colitis – since winning the Grade I Haskell Invitational last July 29 at Monmouth Park, the son of Awesome Again and the Cee’s Tizzy mare Tizso was a virtual gate-to-wire winner for owner Ahmed Zayat and Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert.
