INGLEWOOD, Calif. (December 4, 2011)-Handicapper James Allard will be Kurt Hoover’s guest on the Inside Scoop Saturday, December 10 at Hollywood Park.

Allard – widely known as “Jimmy The Hat’’ — and Hoover will discuss the $250,000-guaranteed Hollywood Starlet, a Grade I for 2-year-old fillies at 1 1/16 miles over Cushion Track, and numerous other races on the Hollywood Park card.

The Inside Scoop will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Paddock Tote Board.
