INGLEWOOD, Calif. (September 11, 2013)—Emollient, who has been idle since winning the American Oaks July 13 at Betfair Hollywood Park, will try to stay perfect on turf in the $500,000 Garden City Stakes Saturday at Belmont Park.
A Grade I for 3-year-old fillies at 1 1/8 miles over the inner grass course, the Garden City is the ninth of 10 races. Scheduled post time is 2:17 p.m. PDT. Track gates at Betfair Hollywood Park will open at 10:15 a.m. for simulcasts.
