INGLEWOOD, Calif. (October 20, 2010)—The Oak Tree Racing Association will offer its most popular giveaway and much more Saturday at Hollywood Park.
A collectible stein featuring the undefeated Zenyatta and jockey Mike Smith will be available per paid admission while supplies last.
In addition, Smith, a member of racing’s Hall of Fame since 2003 and already a winner of 12 Grade 1 races this year, will be signing autographs between 12-1 p.m. near the Paddock Tote Board.
There will also be a drawing between races for Zenyatta memorablilia. Zenyatta will try to win her 20th in a row when she seeks to defend her title in the Breeders’ Cup Classic on Nov. 6 at Churchill Downs, memorabilia.
Fans will also be able to sign a banner wishing the 6-year-old Street Cry mare well in the Classic and it will be sent to Louisville for the big day.
Post time Saturday is 1 p.m. The feature attraction is the 4th running of the $55,000-added Jack Goodman Stakes. Run at six furlongs over Cushion Track, the Goodman is for 2-year-olds.
